WHAM Artists Terms and Conditions updated 18th March 2017

Confirmation of booking details will ensure your provisional booking, and your agreement of these terms and conditions.

WHAM Artists will invoice you on your provisional booking.

The deposit is non-refundable and will confirm your booking, and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice. The final balance is to be paid two weeks prior to the service and is also non-refundable at this point. The invoice will include agreed expenses.

For payments not received late payment charges may be applied, we reserve the right to rebook or cancel if fees are not paid on time. We do not provide credit terms.

Travel up to 10 miles is included in the cost of your  service.  Distances exceeding 10 miles will incur a fee of £0.50 per mile for the whole journey. Parking and toll payments are in addition to the service fee. These fees are per artist, additional fees may apply for additional artists

Any digital photographs taken at the trial or on the date of the service, may be used to with your permission for WHAM Artist’s publicity or promotion.

If payment is not made in full before the booking date we will not attend the booking and all payments are non-refundable.

All our artists have the right to work in a professional, safe and non threatening environment.  Any verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated. If at any point our artist feels compromised they have the right to terminate the session and any payments made will be non-refundable.

Our wedding trials are 2 to 3 hours for the bride and one hour for each additional person. Any further time required is chargeable at £60 per hour during that session.

All our artists are fully insured and sub-contacted by Wedding Hair And Makeup Artists and therefore ant liability is there responsibility.

Transferring or cancellation

Clients who request a change of date, within 30 days of the booked date, may incur an administration fee.

All payments are non refundable after the booking has been confirmed. 

If, in the unlikely and extremely rare event of illness and/or personal emergency we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement stylist. Different fees, terms and conditions may apply. If, due to circumstances fore mentioned, we have to cancel any trial or make up service any fees (deposits or full payments) will be refunded in full. We cannot be held liable in the event of cancellation.
